Pre-Appointment Paperwork

Once your appointment is confirmed, you will find a link to set up your secure patient portal in your email. Here, you will find your consent forms and Apogee Patient Health History. We request that you thoroughly review and complete these documents prior to the day of your appointment.

This gives you ample time to reach out with any questions or concerns and gives us a chance to review your health history. In some instances, we may ask you to get additional clearance from one of your physicians and it is nice to know this prior to your appointment.

If you find that you are having trouble completing the documents or getting onto the patient portal please reach out via text 360.531.2823 and we will be happy to walk you through it.

Pre-Appointment Prep

Please thoroughly review the treatment information under the service tab for the service you will be receiving in addition to any pre-appointment care sent to you at time of booking. Do not hesitate to reach out with questions prior to your appointment.

When you are seeing an injector for the first time it can take 1-2 appointments to get your perfect "recipe" down. This is why we ask to see new patients for a two week follow up. At your second appointment with me (3-4 months after your first) I will ask how your treatment held up so we can fine tune your dosing for your aesthetic goals.

Good Faith Exam

All new patients are required to complete an initial medical history exam (also known as a good faith exam or GFE) with Apogee Medical Aesthetics' Medical Director. This 5-10 minute discussion may be completed at the beginning of your first appointment or set up via telemedicine to prior to your appointment. If you are asked to complete the GFE prior to your appointment but do not follow through with completing it prior to your appointment we will be unable to treat you.

The cost for the annual good faith exam is $30. This is an excellent way to ensure you are receiving the best and safest treatment customized to your needs and medical history.

Newcomer's Guide to
Medical Aesthetics

Appointments generally run about 30 minutes. When you come in we will take your before photo for your chart, discuss your aesthetic goals, go over your health history, and complete your Good Faith Exam, then you will be injected and sent on your way!

We'll provide a few different fidget toys for your comfort during treatment; you're welcome to bring your own.

We ask that you refrain from exercise after your treatment for a minimum of 24-48 hours depending on the treatment you are receiving, so please plan accordingly.

After your first treatment, you may wish to head home and pamper yourself. Drink plenty of water and elevate your face.
