Know Before You Go

Apogee is located in downtown Port Townsend in the Bishop Block Building. Enter through our dedicated entrance, the second door on the right:

712 Washington Street

Port Townsend, WA 98368

For your safety and privacy, the front door is locked during appointments. Please follow the instructions you receive via text and email confirmations: text me when you arrive and wait in your car until I instruct you to come in.

We share the space with a massage therapist, so please be respectful of our shared space by speaking softly and silencing your phone for the duration of your appointment.

Covid Policy

We are still in the midst of a pandemic. With that being said, rest assured that we take our patient's health and safety very seriously.

Ample time is scheduled between patients to fully wipe down the common area, bathroom, and treatment room. Masks are required in the building (except for during treatment), and expect for your temperature to be taken at the time of your arrival to your appointment.

If you have any reason to think you may have Covid, fever, malaise, etc., please let us know ASAP prior to your appointment so that we can get you rescheduled. Please do not bring friends or family to your appointment unless necessary and okayed by your injector prior to your appointment.

Still Have Questions?

Please feel free to reach out to me via text at any time and I will be more than happy to answer any questions you have!

Keep in mind that when I am busy with patients I may not be able to get back to you as quickly as I'd like, but will do my best to reply to your non-emergent questions within 24 hours.

A Note on Scheduling

There may be instances where your appointment or the appointment before yours runs long, so please keep in mind that start times and duration are approximate. I will do my best to reach out to you via text if it is going to be more than a few minute delay.

In an effort to keep appointments running smoothly and on time, I request that you show up on time for your appointment. If you arrive 15 or more minutes late for your appointment I will not be able to see you. It will be considered a late cancellation and the late cancellation policy will take effect.

Kids, Pets, and Guests

Due to the delicate nature of the services offered at Apogee, it is imperative to have no distractions during your treatment. This unfortunately means that I have to ask you to leave your buddies, kiddos, and doggos (and other cool animals) at home (or send them to Elevated Ice Cream down the street for a sweet treat during your appointment).

Cancellation Policy

If there is one thing we can all agree on, it is that time is precious. With that being said, we do enforce a strict 48 hour cancellation policy. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, so we simply ask that you communicate with us as soon as possible in order to avoid a late cancellation charge. All late cancellations and no-shows will be subject to a $200 charge. In addition, if you are 15 or more minutes late for your appointment your appointment will be cancelled and you will be subject to the late cancellation charge as well.
